Frequently asked questions.

How many guests can you accommodate?

Depending on your event we can comfortably host anything from a few friends and families to up to 130 guests. For weddings, we will review guest counts above 130 on a case by case basis.

What is the cost reserving the facility?

For 2023, we are running an introductory rate of $2700 for a base wedding package.

For smaller events, cost is dependent upon multiple factors including: the date, the number of guests, the total hours of usage, and how many facilities your event requires. In order to best serve you, please contact us and we can chat through the details!

Do I have to reserve the entire property?

No, you only need to reserve what your event requires.

How do I secure my date?

Once the non-refundable down payment for your event is paid and the contract is signed by respective parties, then your date is secured.

Can I choose my own caterer and vendors?

Yes, we will work with your event coordinator to insure vendors are properly placed and can access their respective area of service on the property.

Do you host events besides weddings?

Yes! Corporate retreats, charity events, fundraisers, birthday parties, bridal showers, baby showers, elopements and more! To this point we’ve hosted just as many of these events as weddings.

Do you provide tables, chairs, decorations or flatware?

For larger events, we offer packages with our event partners that are customizable to your needs and budget. We will discuss with your event coordinator how to best accommodate your event’s needs. For small events, we have flatware available for rent.

Can I trout fish without a guide at Westwood Farm?

We offer guided trips only with our exclusive partner, Cohutta Fishing Company. Because of our commitment to excellence and professionalism, we partner with Cohutta to ensure you’ll have the best experience fishing our water.

Can I trout fish the day of my event?
